Skagit Valley artist, Cathy Schoenberg, has been practicing art since the early 80’s. Utilizing the elements of color, design and pattern she searches for a bit of mystery, mischief, and delight for the eye in her paintings in oil or acrylic.

Cathy received a BFA from Fort Wright College, has shown in a variety of galleries in the Pacific Northwest and has works in Island Hospital, Skagit Valley Hospital, Anacortes High School and the Spokane school district.

As a frequent participant in The Barn Shows on Fir Island, several of her paintings were included in the show with other participants at Museum of Northwest Art in LaConner.

She has been the featured artist at the Arts Alive in LaConner as well as the Focus Gallery at the Port at the Anacortes Arts Festival and various She currently maintains a studio in Anacortes and lives on Guemes Island
